Please ensure your uploaded design meets the following file requirements:
Templates
- Please ensure your artwork is created using the supplied templates under the 'Templates' tab. This helps us process your order smoothly.
File Formats
- Supply your files in PDF format with all vectors preserved
- Do not supply bitmap images such as JPEG GIF, BMP, PNG or TIFF unless it is a photograph
- Ensure all elements (logos, graphics, images) are embedded into the file
Fonts
- Convert fonts to paths or outlines
Resolution
- Supply raster images at 150dpi at 100% of your print size
Colour
- Please supply Pantone colours in your document or physical colour samples for colour matching
- If you can only supply CMYK please leave a note under 'Please Provide Any Additional Order Notes' (please be aware that colours may vary for CMYK supplied artwork)
